If you find the identical products elsewhere for a lower total price (product price plus shipping and handling fees), we will match or beat the total price. You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions: -Comparisons MUST include the price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price. -Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to online retailers that have the same products in-stock and the product is priced accurately. -The Low Price Guarantee applies to online retailers with working phone numbers, full contact information, and websites that have been online for a min. of 1 year.

Are there any other exclusions to the Low Price Guarantee? We do not match items sold on internet auction sites or at local or special events (e.g. grand openings, closeouts, clearances, liquidations, anniversary sales). Also we will not price match taxes, typographical errors or special offers from a manufacturer. Price match is good for before the sale purchase only. We do not price match after the sale. Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method and carrier. Orders leave our warehouses within 24-48 hrs., except orders placed on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email detailing your shipment, as well as being able to log into your account for shipping information including tracking numbers.
If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
This return policy is considered standard in the industry as well as fair and reasonable.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days and we will gladly refund your money, exchange it, or credit your account depending on the terms here.

FOOD: Any opened buckets, boxes, packages or used food product you must keep. That exact amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Returns -- If you're not happy, we're not happy. We will gladly accept returns based on our Satisfaction Guarantee as stated above. Please be sure to save your original packaging and packing slip. You may return any product within 10 days from the date of your order for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price of the item provided:
1. Item(s) are double boxed and in re-sellable condition. Products cannot be altered, marred or damaged in any way
2. Item(s) are returned in original condition, in original packaging (double boxed)
3. The "RMA#" (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) number is clearly visible on the outside of the return package. (RMA number is issued by the S4L staff member)
Upon completion of the above mentioned process, the return product is to be sent back to our warehouse for inspection. Once the inspection has been completed, and product approved, a refund or credit of the purchased price will be issued.
The mailing costs of returning any merchandise to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring packages as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All refunds will be for the original purchase price (and any sales tax if applicable), excluding shipping and handling fees.
If an order must be canceled while in transit, customer is responsible for all shipping costs as well as any interception fees per package. Charges will be deducted from refunded amount.
If the return is due to our error and a replacement is requested, we will pay for all shipping costs to send replacement products.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card originally used to pay for the order or by company check for check and money order purchases.
Non-defective items returned after 10 business days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Remember to print the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.
Damaged/ Lost Product Process/ Policy
When S4L (Survival4Less) is notified by a customer regarding a lost or damaged product, the following procedure will take place:
1. Customer MUST KEEP original packaging and damaged product.
2. S4L Team Member must be provided with photo documentation of ALL damaged to product and shipping boxes. Also, the damaged box's tracking number must be provided.
3. S4L Team Member will file a loss or damage claim with shipping carrier.
4. Shipping Carrier will contact the customer regarding damaged or lost product and inform customer of their policy.
5. Once damaged product is in transit back to S4L Warehouse, S4L will send the replacement product(s).
Kits, Gear, and Kit Items:
Products requiring service either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. All shortages must be reported within 30 days. If the item(s) is defective, we will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire survival kit. Should you notice or have any discrepancy in your billing/invoicing you have 30 days to report it to us.
The item must be returned with the following:
If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned, but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded. Orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise the shipping charges will not be refunded. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Special order items may not be returned.
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise please call 888-336-4892. The return of non-defective merchandise when authorized may incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
After a return is authorized by our return department:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
